Article 1. The designation of the securities settlement system managed by the Belgian law company BNY Mellon CSD, enterprise number 501 804 457, as a securities settlement system within the meaning of the law of 28 April 1999 transposing Directive 98/26/EC of 19 May 1998 concerning the finality of payment and securities settlement in payment and settlement systems, is withdrawn.
Art. 2. This Decree shall take effect as of 1 October 2017.
Art. 3. The Minister responsible for Finance is charged with the execution of this Decree.
