Royal Decree of 21 December 2017 withdrawing the recognition granted to the Belgian law joint-stock company BNY Mellon CSD
The Royal Decree withdraws the recognition of BNY Mellon CSD (enterprise number 501 804 457) as a central securities depository for financial instruments, a status originally granted on 18 December 2012. This withdrawal takes effect on 1 October 2017. The Minister of Finance is responsible for the execution of this decree.
