Having regard to the Constitution, Article 108; Having regard to Royal Decree No. 62 of 10 November 1967 promoting the circulation of financial instruments, amended by the laws of 7 April 1995 and 2 August 2002, Article 1; Having regard to the Royal Decree of 18 December 2012 implementing Royal Decree No. 62 of 10 November 1967 promoting the circulation of financial instruments; On the proposal of the Minister of Finance,
We have decided and decide as follows:
Article 1. The recognition of the Belgian law public limited company BNY Mellon CSD, enterprise number 501 804 457, granted on 18 December 2012, as a central securities depository for financial instruments, as described in Article 1, 1°, of Royal Decree No. 62 of 10 November 1967 promoting the circulation of securities, is withdrawn.
Art. 2. This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 2017.
Art. 3. The Minister responsible for Finance is charged with the execution of this Decree.

Art. 2. This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 2017.
Art. 3. The Minister responsible for Finance is charged with the execution of this Decree.
