NOTIFICATION

S.R.O. 1637(I)/2026: In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40B of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997 (XLII of 1997), read with clause (j) and clause (w) of sub-section (4) of section 20 thereof; the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, in partial modification of its notification S.R.O 1447(I)/2025 dated August 4, 2025; is pleased to issue the following revised requirements to all insurers registered under the Insurance Ordinance, 2000 (XXXIX of 2000).

1. The time period provided in paragraph 1 and 3 of S.R.O. 1447(I)/2025 is extended for a period of three months from the date of this notification.

2. All the other requirements and directions provided in S.R.O 1447(I)/2025 remain unchanged.
