NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. 530 (I)/2021.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 512 of the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan is pleased to notify the following amendments to the Companies (Incorporation) Regulations, 2017, the same having been previously published vide notification S.R.O. 1493(I)/2021, dated November 16, 2021, namely: - In the aforesaid Regulations, in regulation 15, in sub-regulation (3),- (a) in clause (i), the words “Afghan and” shall be omitted; and (b) in clause (ii), the words “Afghan or” wherever appearing shall be omitted.
