This resolution by the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance, and Private Pension Fund Administrators (SBS) approves the Operations Register (RO) Instruction Manual for the Centralized Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Body (OCP LA/FT) regarding operations of notaries nationwide, under SBS Resolution N° 01754-2024. It sets deadlines for electronic submission of the RO to the UIF-Peru, with the OCP LA/FT beginning submissions for September 2026 operations in October 2026, while notaries continue individual submissions until August 2026. The resolution also derogates six specific operations from the RO list, modifies Article 24 of SBS Resolution N° 01754-2024 concerning the synchronization of notary IT tools with the Centralized Information Base, and establishes various effective dates, including September 1, 2026, for the new RO instructions.
