SBS Resolution No. 1747-2026: Regulation for Banking as a Service (BaaS) Model
The Superintendence of Banks, Insurance, and Private Pension Fund Administrators (SBS) of Peru approved Regulation No. 01747-2026 to govern the provision of financial services under the Banking as a Service (BaaS) model.
