Section 37(1) of the Financial Institutions Act, 2008
The Inspector of Financial Institutions mandates that licensed financial institutions and financial holding companies submit annual reports containing statements signed by the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Board of Directors. These reports must be filed with the Inspector within three months of the end of each fiscal year.
