The Minister of Finance of Seychelles, acting on the recommendation of the Securities Authority, issued these regulations to govern the issuance of securities advertisements under the Securities Act 2007. The rules restrict advertising to licensed persons or authorized entities, mandate compliance with specific content standards in the Schedule, and require submission of copies to the Authority fourteen days prior to first use. Violations of these provisions constitute an offence punishable by a fine not exceeding $50,000.
