Securities and Futures (Clearing Facilities) (Amendment) Regulations 2015
The Monetary Authority of Singapore issued the Securities and Futures (Clearing Facilities) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 to amend the Second Schedule of the principal 2013 Regulations. These regulations specifically insert a new paragraph designating Eurex Clearing Asia Pte. Ltd. as a recognized clearing facility with a prescribed capital requirement of $110,000. The amendments were made on 6 July 2015 and came into operation on 8 July 2015.
