CONCERNING
GUARANTEE FUND CONTRIBUTIONS BASED ON TRANSACTION VALUE
In order to regulate the size of the Guarantee Fund contribution based on transaction value and the implementation of the provisions of Article 10 Paragraph 2 letter a and letter d of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 26/POJK.04/2014 concerning Guarantee of Stock Exchange Transaction Settlement dated 19 November 2014 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2014 Number 361, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5635), the Financial Services Authority needs to regulate provisions regarding the size of the Guarantee Fund contribution of Clearing Members based on transaction value in this Financial Services Authority Circular Letter as follows:
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Clearing Member means a Stock Exchange Member or other party that meets the requirements to obtain Clearing and Stock Exchange Transaction Settlement Guarantee services based on the regulations of the Clearing and Guarantee Institution.
Guarantee Fund means a collection of funds and/or Securities that are administered and managed by the Clearing and Guarantee Institution and used to perform Stock Exchange Transaction Settlement Guarantee by the Clearing and Guarantee Institution.
Guarantee Fund Contribution Based on Transaction Value means an amount of money paid by the Clearing Member as a Guarantee Fund contribution, the value of which is based on the transaction value of the Clearing Member whose settlement is guaranteed by the Clearing and Guarantee Institution.

II. SIZE OF GUARANTEE FUND CONTRIBUTION BASED ON TRANSACTION VALUE IN STOCK EXCHANGE TRANSACTIONS
Guarantee Fund Contribution Based on Transaction Value for equity securities transactions is 0.01% (one in ten thousand) of the value of each equity securities transaction.
Guarantee Fund Contribution Based on Transaction Value for Index Equity Futures Contract transactions is 0.0006% (six in one million) of the value of each Index Equity Futures Contract transaction.
Guarantee Fund Contribution Based on Transaction Value for debt securities and Sukuk transactions is 0.00125% (one hundred twenty-five in ten million) of the value of each debt securities and Sukuk transaction.
Guarantee Fund Contribution Based on Transaction Value for equity options contracts is 0.01% (one in ten thousand) of the value of the Options contract.
III. CLOSING
This Financial Services Authority Circular Letter shall take effect on the date of determination.
