The Central Bank of Bolivia updates the Operations Capture System to version 4.37, modifying portfolio validators for productive sector credit operations and adding Development Financial Institutions (IFDs) to the reporting scope. Financial entities must submit Average Rates (TP) data in an aggregated format starting in October 2016, with the new system version becoming effective on November 8, 2016, for reporting information as of November 7, 2016. IFDs are required to begin reporting information from November 22, 2016, and the October 2016 TP file must be submitted by November 30, 2016.
