SGDB No. 056/2014: Receipt of Operations Requests at the Central Bank of Bolivia
Effective January 2, 2015, financial system entities must submit operation requests to the Central Bank of Bolivia's Single Correspondence Window (VUC) between 08:30 and 18:30 on business days, using only original documents with signatures and seals accredited by the Bank. The Circular establishes specific submission deadlines for various operations in Annex 1 and mandates that operational management may reject requests containing errors, alterations, or insufficient funds. It also regulates the accreditation of authorized signatures, requiring submission by the Entity's Highest Authority with supporting documentation, and sets distinct cash handling hours for the Treasury department. All previous dispositions regarding these procedures are repealed.
