SMV Resolution No. 020-2025-SMV/01
The Securities Market Superintendence (SMV) authorizes the public dissemination of a draft modification to the Regulation on Primary Public Offerings and Sale of Securities for a period of fifteen (15) calendar days. Interested parties may submit comments and observations via email to proyecropp@smv.gob.pe starting the day after the resolution's publication in the Official Gazette El Peruano.
