S.R.O. 1275/2026.- The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan in exercise of its powers conferred under Regulation 8(1)(c)(v) of the Clearing Houses (Licensing and Operations) Regulations, 2016 and to comply with the Honorable Islamabad High Court Order dated February 18, 2026, hereby notify ISE Realty Company Limited incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan vide Registration No. 0312684 dated October 21, 2025, for the purposes of regulation 8 of said regulations.
