SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION OF PAKISTAN -.-.- Islamabad, the 13 th April, 2020 NOTIFICATION S.R.O. 303 (I)/2020.- In exercise of power conferred under Section 510 of the Companies Act, 2017 (Act No. XIX of 2017) the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan hereby amends and modifies its earlier notification published in the Gazette of Pakistan vide S.R.O 1196(I)/2019, dated October 3, 2019 as follows, namely:- In the said SRO, in Serial No. 1, in Paragraph (e), sub-clause (i) which reads as under:
“i) Website link of SECP’s investor education portal “JamaPunji” (www.jamapunji.pk) along with its logo at a prominent place on the homepage; and” shall stand omitted with immediate effect. ______________________________________________________________________________ [File.
