NOTIFICATION
S.R.O. 856 (I)/2019.- In exercise of the powers conferred under section 512 read with sub-clause (ii) of clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 218 of the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan is pleased to make the following amendments in the Employees Contributory Funds (Investment in Listed Securities) Regulations, 2018, the same having been previously published in the official Gazette vide Notification No. 722 (I)/2019 dated July 4, 2019, namely:-
In the aforesaid Regulations, in regulation 1, in sub-regulation (5) for the words “one year”, the words “three years” shall be substituted.
