GUIDELINES ON ISSUANCE OF CORPORATE BONDS AND SUKUK TO RETAIL INVESTORS (Issued: 30 June 2022) 1 The following table provides a summary of key amendments to the Guidelines on Issuance of Corporate Bonds and Sukuk to Retail Investors (Guidelines) which was revised on 30 June 2022. A. General amendments

1. Introducing a new chapter on Sustainable and Responsible Investment linked (SRI-linked) Sukuk Framework which sets out, among others,
   the requirements pertaining to the issuance of a SRI-linked sukuk.
2. Editorial amendments to enhance clarity and renumbering of pages consequent upon of the introduction of the new chapter on SRI-linked
   sukuk.
