File No. 2025008634, as well as Report No.
1290-2025-SMV/10.2, issued by the General Superintendence of Entity Supervision, with the favorable ruling of the Assistant Superintendent of Prudential Supervision; CONSIDERING:
That, through Assistant Superintendent Resolution SMV No. 056-2024-SMV/10 of November 11, 2024, authorization was granted to Mr. Arthur Do Nascimento Silva and Mr. Álvaro Eduardo Gálvez Fernández (hereinafter, THE ORGANIZERS) to organize an investment fund management company that will be named Zest Capital Investment Fund Management Company S.A.C. and which may use the abbreviated name Zest Capital IFC S.A.C.; That, THE ORGANIZERS requested authorization from the Securities Market Superintendence – SMV for the operation of Zest Capital Investment Fund Management Company S.A.C. to act as an investment fund management company; That, Article 18 of the Regulations on Investment Funds and their Management Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-14- SMV/01 and its amendments, sets out the minimum requirements that must be met to obtain the operating authorization for an investment fund management company; That, in order to verify that Zest Capital Investment Fund Management Company S.A.C. has the necessary physical infrastructure, technological capacity and human resources for its operation, the SMV, through the General Superintendence of Entity Supervision with the participation of the Assistant Superintendence of Risks, conducted an inspection visit to the facilities of the aforementioned company on August 7, 2025; That, based on the evaluation of the documentation presented by Zest Capital Investment Fund Management Company S.A.C. and the inspection visit carried out, it was determined that this company meets the requirements provided for obtaining the operating authorization as an investment fund management company; and, Being in accordance with what is provided in Article 3, paragraph 1, of the Unified Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126 and modified by Law No. 29782, Law on Strengthening the Supervision of the Securities Market, and by Article 12,

Article 1°.- Authorize the operation of Zest Capital
Investment Fund Management Company S.A.C. as an investment fund management company.
Article 2°.- Order the registration of Zest Capital
Investment Fund Management Company S.A.C. in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 3°.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
in the Official Gazette El Peruano and on the Institutional Website of the Securities Market Superintendence on the Unique Digital Platform of the Peruvian State (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4°.- This resolution shall enter into force on
the day following its publication in the Official Gazette El Peruano.
Article 5°.- Transmit this resolution to Zest
Capital Investment Fund Management Company S.A.C.
