The Superintendent of the Securities Market rejects the appeal filed by QUALITAS COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS S.A. against Resolution No. 030-2025-SMV/11, which had imposed a fine of 6.25 UIT for failing to timely communicate a material fact and for missing the minimum registration deadline. The decision affirms that the appeal was filed within the legal timeframe and meets procedural requirements, but finds no grounds to modify the sanction. The regulator maintains that the violations affected market transparency, a protected legal interest, and that the graduated penalty was appropriate given the issuer's four prior antecedents and the specific circumstances of the infraction.
