The Securities Market Superintendence (SMV) modifies its 2025 Early Agenda to incorporate two new public problems: public acquisition offers and exclusionary purchase offers, and financial participatory financing activities. The resolution also reschedules the tentative deadlines for completing the Ex Ante Regulatory Impact Analysis and issuing regulatory solution proposals for existing public problems 1, 2, and 4 of the 2025 Agenda. These changes aim to optimize regulatory processes, align them with international standards, and enhance market dynamism while protecting investors.
