The Superintendent Resolution extends the suspension of the operating authorization of Diviso Bolsa Sociedad Agente de Bolsa S.A. for an additional thirty (30) business days. This extension is mandated because the entity has failed to substantiate the economic solvency of its shareholders, specifically Yésica Ysabel Del Carpio, as required by regulatory norms. The suspension remains in effect until the entity proves that its shareholders meet the necessary economic solvency requirements and comply with all minimum conditions for holding shares in a brokerage company.
