Technical Instructions for the Implementation of the Rulebook on the Type and Amount of Fees of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (NN 26/19)

OF THE CROATIAN FINANCIAL SERVICES SUPERVISORY AGENCY (NN 26/2019, hereinafter: Rulebook)
Based on Article 5, paragraph 1 of the Rulebook (points 1 to 7)
I.
(1) Fees are revenue of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (hereinafter: HANFA) and are paid to the account of HANFA.
(2) Fees are paid in a single lump sum and must be fully paid at the time of submitting the request. Exceptionally, when a party's request is not required for the conduct of administrative proceedings, fees must be fully paid within five days of taking the action or delivery of the decision, or within 60 days if the supervised entity pays HANFA fees in accordance with Article 6 of the Rulebook.
