This circular repeals Circular CSSF 12/539, as amended, and details the technical procedures for submitting documents to the CSSF for approval, notification, or filing. It requires persons and undertakings supervised by the CSSF, and those subject to Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and Chapter 1 of Part III of the Law of 16 July 2019, to submit documents like registration documents, prospectuses, and supplements via the e-Prospectus application, including specific requirements such as cross-reference lists. The CSSF delegates the publication of approved prospectuses and alleviated prospectuses to the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
