Texas Banking Commissioner Issues Consent Order Relating to Lockeson Escrow, Inc., d/b/a GunTab
Lockeson Escrow, Inc., doing business as GunTab, is required to pay an administrative penalty and desist from conducting further money transmission in Texas unless licensed or otherwise exempt from licensure. This consent order addresses the entity's violation of Texas Finance Code Chapter 152 by conducting money transmission without obtaining a license from the Texas Department of Banking. GunTab agreed to the issuance of the order without admitting violation of state or federal laws or regulations.
