The Organic Regulations of the Departments and Offices of the Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan)

The Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan) establishes eight departments and two offices, defining their specific duties and internal sections. The regulations set mandatory staffing ranges for each department, such as 6 to 10 Assistant Directors General for the Department of Banking and 98 to 17 specialists for the Department of Foreign Exchange. Appointments for Directors General, Senior Advisers, and various specialist roles require nomination by the Governor and approval by the Board of Directors.
