DIRECTIVE
In exercise of the power conferred by section 20A of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969 (XVII of 1969), the Securities and Exchange Commission hereby directs the Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd. and the Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd. that; - Effective from July 01, 2010, the paper securities under “B” category shall be transferred to “Z” category. No paper security shall be transacted in the stock exchanges from October 01, 2010. This Directive shall replace the previous Directive No. SEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/39 dated May 31, 2010 on the same matter. By order of the Securities and Exchange Commission
