The Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA) informs that TGI AG, Städtle 33, 9490 Vaduz, is not licensed or registered by the FMA and therefore is not listed in the official register of the FMA (www.register.fma-li.li).
In particular, TGI AG is not permitted to provide services requiring authorization or registration in Liechtenstein, for example the acceptance of deposits and other repayable funds (deposit business). TGI AG is not subject to prudential supervision by the FMA. The FMA urgently advises against making any investments in connection with the offering of TGI AG, in particular against responding to such offers or transferring any funds.
The FMA strongly recommends that services requiring authorization or registration be carried out exclusively by financial institutions that are authorized by the FMA or by other supervisory authorities
