TRADE BALANCE JULY 2026 The accumulated trade surplus in the last twelve months to July 2026 amounted to USD 45,759 million. Yield of Peruvian sovereign bonds The yield of Peruvian 10-year sovereign bonds increased by 3 bps between September 2 and 9, standing at 6.0%, remaining one of the lowest in the region. Yield of US Treasuries stood at 4.84 percent.

From September 2 to 9, the yield of the 10-year US Treasury bond rose by 6 bps to 4.84 percent, in a context of higher probability of interest rate hikes by the Federal Reserve at its next meeting, in line with the rise in oil prices and its impact on inflation.

LIMA STOCK EXCHANGE INDICES RISE From September 2 to 9, the General Index of the Lima Stock Exchange (Msci Nuam Peru General) and the Selective Index (Msci Nuam Peru Select) rose by 1.6 and 0.8 percent, respectively, due to higher metal prices.
