The Head of the Department of Financial System Monitoring of the Central Bank of Brazil amends Circular Letter No. 4,031 to update the layout and filling instructions for Document 3040 - Credit Risk Data. The new version of the instructions modifies requirements for additional information tags 0402, 0405, 0407, 0408, and 0409, effective from the April 2020 data base. Additionally, assisted production submission is permitted for April 2020 but becomes mandatory starting with the May 2020 data base.
