ACPR Compliance with EBA Guidelines on Group Capitalization Test for Investment Firm Groups under Article 8 of Regulation (EU) No 2033/2019
The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared its compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines regarding the application of the group capitalization test for investment firm groups. These guidelines, issued on April 11, 2024, become applicable to the ACPR and relevant financial establishments starting January 1, 2025. Affected entities must take all necessary measures to implement these requirements in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.
