M-2025-010: Collection of the Annual Supervision (Service) Fees (ASF) for the Year 2025
Deputy Governor Chuchi G. Fonacier of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued Memorandum M-2025-010 to mandate the payment of Annual Supervision Fees for Pawnshops and Money Service Businesses for the year 2025. The fee computation is based on the number of pawnshop offices at P500 each or specific MSB types, with billing notices to be sent by the Department of Supervisory Analytics. Institutions must settle payments via the New Order of Payment System by May 31 and may raise exceptions within five working days of receiving their billing notice.
