Agreement determining the days considered non-business for administrative acts and procedures before the National Banking and Securities Commission by supervised entities and persons, as well as authorities and the general public
This agreement establishes specific dates in December 2022 and throughout 2023 that are considered non-business days for administrative acts and procedures before the National Banking and Securities Commission, in addition to Saturdays and Sundays. Deadlines for the Commission to acknowledge or resolve procedures are suspended during these non-business periods, including a specific suspension of natural day deadlines between December 17, 2022, and January 1, 2023. The agreement enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
