Companies must register share transfers with the central depository within five days of application and issue only one certificate for jointly held shares. They must pay dividends solely from realized gains, prohibiting payments from unrealized investment property gains. Shareholder meetings require personal attendance, removing proxy options. These changes replace specific timeframes and wordings in the First Schedule to the Companies Ordinance, 1984, updating regulations 5, 65, and article 18.
