Amendment to Policy Statement to Regulation 45-102 Respecting Resale of Securities
The Canadian Securities Administrators amended Policy Statement to Regulation 45-102 to mandate electronic transmission of documents to regulators via the System for Electronic Data Analysis and Retrieval Plus (SEDAR+). The update replaces references to the legacy SEDAR system with SEDAR+ and Regulation 13-103, excluding Québec from this electronic filing requirement. These changes align the resale of securities policy with the phased implementation of the new electronic data analysis and retrieval framework.
