Amendments to National Policy 51-201: Disclosure Standards
The Canadian securities regulators have amended National Policy 51-201: Disclosure Standards to update references to the designated filing system. Specifically, the term "SEDAR" is replaced with "SEDAR+" wherever it appears in section 6.11 and footnote 23 of the policy.
