AMENDMENTS TO NOTICE 47-201 RELATING TO TRADING SECURITIES USING THE INTERNET AND OTHER ELECTRONIC MEANS
- Section 2.7 of Notice 47-201 relating to Trading Securities Using the Internet and
Other Electronic Means is amended by replacing the third bullet, in paragraph (3), by the following:
“- make an oral statement at the commencement of the road show that the relevant prospectus and any amendment are accessible through SEDAR+, or provide the investor with a copy of the relevant prospectus and any amendment.”.
