Application for Change in Control of Plimoth Trust Company, LLC
Narragansett Bancorp, Inc. has applied to indirectly acquire 100% of the voting shares of Plimoth Trust Company, LLC, a Maine non-depository trust company and wholly owned subsidiary of BayCoast Bank. The Bureau of Financial Institutions invites written comments on the application through Thursday, October 1, 2026. A hearing will be held upon receipt of a bona fide and reasonable request, and the Superintendent's decision will be based on the criteria set forth in Title 9-B M.R.S. § 253.
