STATE BANK ACTIVITY

Bank Holding Company

On March 24, 2016,
Bankers’ Bank Northeast
, a Connecticut bankers’ bank, filed an application for approval to organize a bank holding company pursuant to Section 36a-181 of the Connecticut General Statutes. The bank holding company will be organized as the newly formed Connecticut stock corporation BBN Financial Corporation , and will acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of Bankers’ Bank Northeast pursuant to an agreement and plan of reorganization filed with the application.
