Authorization for the Organization and Operation of Crowdfunding Institution Top Kapital Desarrollos Inmobiliarios del Centro, S.A.P.I. de C.V.
Authorization is granted for the organization and operation of Top Kapital Desarrollos Inmobiliarios del Centro, S.A.P.I. de C.V. as a Crowdfunding Institution with indefinite duration and social domicile in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The entity must maintain an initial share capital of $4,872,170.00 MXN and is subject to supervision by the National Banking and Securities Commission and the Bank of Mexico under the Law for Regulating Financial Technology Institutions. The authorization will be revoked if operations do not commence within six months of notification, and the institution must prove compliance with Article 40 requirements at least thirty business days prior to starting operations.
