Banking Commissioner Issues Consent Order Against Kelsi Marie Karr Prohibiting Further Participation
The Banking Commissioner issued a Consent Order Prohibiting Further Participation against Kelsi Marie Karr, a former employee of Western Bank in Amarillo, Texas, for stealing cash from her teller drawer. The order permanently prohibits Karr from serving as a director, officer, or employee of a state bank, state trust company, or their holding companies, as well as from holding positions with financial responsibility at any other entity chartered, registered, permitted, or licensed by the Commissioner. Karr agreed to the order without admitting or denying violations of state or federal laws or regulations.
