BCB Resolution No. 64 Revokes Circulars and Circular Letters Regarding Data Submission on Savings Deposits by SBPE Institutions

BCB RESOLUTION NO. 64, OF JANUARY 26, 2021

Revokes Circulars and Circular Letters that provide for the submission of data regarding the collection and application of resources from savings deposits by institutions integrated into the Brazilian Savings and Loan System (SBPE).

The Collegiate Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Brazil, in a session held on January 26, 2021, based on Articles 10, items VI and IX, of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, and Article 8 of Decree-Law No. 2,291, of November 21, 1986,

R E S O L V E:

Article 1. The following are revoked:

I - Circular No. 2,466, of August 18, 1994;

II - Circular No. 3,239, of May 27, 2004;

III - Circular Letter No. 2,685, of September 17, 1996;

IV - Circular Letter No. 2,807, of August 10, 1998;

V - Circular Letter No. 3,000, of April 5, 2002;

VI - Circular Letter No. 3,141, of July 9, 2004;

VII - Circular Letter No. 3,330, of July 18, 2008; and

VIII - Circular Letter No. 3,334, of July 31, 2008.

Article 2. This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
