Circular Letter No. 3334 - Discloses Procedures for Remitting Information on Savings Deposits, SFH, SBPE Real Estate Financing, and FCVS

CARTA-CIRCULAR NO. 003334

Discloses procedures for the remittance of information regarding Savings Deposits, Housing Financial System - SFH, Real Estate Financing with SBPE Resources and Wage Variation Compensation Fund - FCVS, as addressed by Circular Letters No. 2.466, of 1994, No. 2.649, of 1995, and No. 3.239, of 2004.

In accordance with the provisions of Circular Letters No. 2.466, of 18.08.1994, No. 2.649, of 27.12.1995, and No. 3.239, of 27.05.2004, we clarify that the information provided for in those norms must, from August 31, 2008, in the periodicity established in the respective Circular Letters, be sent to the Central Bank of Brazil - Department of Monitoring of the Financial System and Information Management (Desig), through the PSTAW10 application (information exchange), referred to in Circular Letter 2.847, of April 13, 1999, available for download on the Central Bank of Brazil's internet page, at the address http://www.bcb.gov.br/htms/pstaw10.asp, according to the document code described below:

a) Document 1100 - Savings Deposits - Public Resources - Monthly Data - Circular Letter No. 2.466, of 1994 and Circular Letter No. 3.330, of 2008 (Cadoc No. 33007-1);

b) Document 1101 - Savings Deposits - Statistical Data - Semi-annual Data - Quantity of Accounts and corresponding balance by anniversary date - Circular Letter No. 2.466, of 1994 and Circular Letter No. 3.000, of 2002 (Cadoc No. 33010-5);

c) Document 1102 - SFH - Housing Financing with SBPE Resources - Circular Letter No. 2.466, of 1994 and Circular Letter No. 3.330, of 2008 (Cadoc No. 33008-0);

d) Document 1103 - Real Estate Financing with SBPE Resources - Circular Letter No. 3.239, of 2004 and Circular Letter No. 3.141, of 2004 (Cadoc No. 36012-0);

e) Document 1104 - SBPE - Distribution of the Number of Installments by Value Range - National Census - Semi-annual Data - Circular Letter No. 2.466, of 1994 and Circular Letter No. 3.000, of 2002 (Cadoc No. 33011-4);

f) Document 1105 - SFH - Contracts with FCVS Coverage - Circular Letter No. 2.649, of 1995 and Circular Letter No. 3.081, of 2003 (Cadoc No. 33001-7).

2. The layouts of documents 1100, 1101, 1102, 1103, 1104, and 1105 have not undergone alterations, and the information continues to be provided in the manner established in the aforementioned Circular Letters.
