Clarification on the Submission of Information Regarding Circular No. 2,649 of 1995 and Circular Letter No. 2,952 of 2001 - Salary Variation Compensation Fund (FCVS).
In view of the provisions of Circular No. 2,649 of December 27, 1995, we clarify that from the position of the first quarter of 2003, the quarterly information provided for in that norm regarding the form "SFH - CONTRACTS WITH FCVS COVERAGE," amended by Circular Letter No. 2,952 of January 24, 2001, must be provided by institutions via Internet, email diate.defin@bcb.gov.br, in accordance with the instructions and layouts attached, available on the page of the Central Bank of Brazil on the Internet (www.bcb.gov.br).
