Art. 1. Institute the "SFH - Contracts with FCVS Coverage" statement - model CADOC no. 33 001-7, intended to evaluate and monitor the overdue and future debt of the Wage Variation Compensation Fund.
Paragraph 1. The FCVS creditor institutions shall send the statement referred to in this article, signed by 2 directors or legally constituted representatives, to the Special Studies and Monitoring Department of the Financial System (DEASF) - South Banking Sector - Headquarters Building of the Central Bank of Brazil, 17th floor - ZIP code 70.074-900, or through the Document Reception Center of the Regional Delegacies of the Central Bank of Brazil until the 20th day of the month subsequent to the civil quarter of reference, using the following CADOC codes:

Paragraph 2. The statement relating to the 4th quarter of 1995 shall be forwarded until 20.02.96, exceptionally.
Paragraph 3. From a date to be duly announced by this Bank, the agents accredited in the Central Bank Information System shall send the information covered by this Circular through SISBACEN.
Paragraph 4. The lack of information within the period established in paragraph 1 of this article or its incorrect provision subjects the institution to the penalties established in Resolution No. 2,194 of 31.08.95, without prejudice to the other sanctions provided for in the legislation in force.
Art. 2. This Circular enters into force on the date of its publication, producing effects from the data reported with reference to the base date of 31.12.95.
Art. 3. Circular No. 2,137 of 13.02.92 is hereby revoked.
