Board Resolution No. 034/2025
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia modifies the financial conditions of the Extraordinary Credit Contract SANO-DLBCI No. 84/2016 granted to the National Electric Company (ENDE). The resolution extends the disbursement deadline for the Ivirizu Hydroelectric Project to November 30, 2026, and increases the annual interest rate to 2.50%. The President of the Central Bank is authorized to sign the corresponding modifying contract.
