Board Resolution No. 073/2025
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia declares that the National Electric Company (ENDE) failed to sign the modifying contract SANO-DLBCI No. 5/2025 regarding the extraordinary credit for the Ivirizú Hydroelectric Project. Consequently, the Board orders the application of Clause Sixth of the original contract SANO-DLBCI No. 84/2016 and its modifications, resulting in the unbinding of the credit resource balances. This decision follows the conclusion that ENDE's requests to modify the credit terms were contradictory and that the previous resolution modifying the credit had become final and unreviewable due to ENDE's failure to appeal.
