Board Resolution No. 147/2016
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of Bs3,827,478,000 to the National Electric Company (ENDE) to finance the Ivirizu Hydroelectric Project. The loan carries a 50-year term, a 6-year grace period on principal, and an interest rate of 1.68%, secured by Non-Negotiable Treasury Bonds. The Central Bank President is authorized to sign the credit contract with ENDE under these specific terms.
