The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of Bs36,797,152 to the National Electric Company (ENDE) for the Huanuni Mining Center Energy Supply Project. The loan carries a 30-year term, a five-year principal grace period, and an annual interest rate of 0.88%, with disbursements required by December 30, 2012. The resolution rejects ENDE's proposed collateral and mandates the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance to issue non-negotiable Treasury Bonds as guarantee for the obligation.
