The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of up to Bs32,523,750.90 to the National Electric Company (ENDE) to finance the Huanuni Mining Center electricity supply project. The resolution authorizes the BCB President to negotiate the specific financial terms and conditions of the credit contract with ENDE, subject to subsequent Board approval. It mandates that future project revenues, net of operating costs, be used to service the debt and requires the establishment of specific accounts for disbursement and debt service payments.
